The Land Down Under

You’ll never lose a boomerang,
by throwing it away.
For it would fly right back to you,
as if to say g’day.

It’s used by Aborigines,
when they go hunting food.
They also have cave painted art,
both colourful and crude.

The Great Outback is far away,
from Europe of the States.
And Auzzie citizens do call,
their friends and neighbours mates.

They also have some crazy vets,
who fix up sharks and crocs.
These beasts aren’t pets but wild and free,
and cunning as a fox.

And finally, let’s not forget,
their furry critters too.
It’s where Koala Bears call home,
as do the Kangaroo.
